Do not ring our doorbell. Appointments are mandatory and you will not be let in until the provider is ready. Please communicate your arrival directly with her. 

We strongly value cleanliness. Please wash your hands upon entering and if you need to shower, please note that we do not allow additional time to do so. We have unscented body wash, clean towels and we also provide mouthwash.

Please be punctual. We understand that things happen, let us know if you are running late or need to cancel.
